HEY, IT'S KARI...
I understand the worry of waking up stiff, battling back pain, and wondering if this is just what getting older feels like.
My journey with chronic back pain began at 15, and by my early 30s, it led to surgery for two prolapsed discs. It wasnât until I found an incredible Pilates teacher in 2005 that everything changed.
Pilates gave me my power back, and now, I help others do the same.
I created Core Strength Pilates to help people in midlife feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies again.
