Module 1: Foundations, Posture + Your Core
Start from a place of clarity, not confusion. You’ll learn key Pilates principles like alignment, breath, and pelvic stability. Discover where your core is, how to activate it properly, and begin to move with intention, not compensation.
Module 2: Core Strength + Hip Mobility
This is where you feel the difference. Activate deep core muscles (hello, next-day soreness!), and explore how mobile, supported hips create more strength and less tension throughout your body.
Module 3: Strength, Stability + Flow
Integrate strength, posture, and control through Classical Pilates progressions. You'll begin to feel stronger, stand taller, and move with more confidence both in class and in life.
Module 4: Elevate Your Practice: The Strong Beginner
Go beyond the basics with transitions and more dynamic movements, all still safely guided. This is where your coordination improves, and your Pilates starts to flow.
Module 5: Full-Body Integration + Classical Five Intro
Connect everything you’ve learned in seamless full-body flows. Explore Level 3 variations, introduce new props, and take your first step into the Classical Five with clarity, control, and strength.
You don't need to be flexible to start: just a willingness to learn the foundations that lead to real, lasting results.

I’m an American born, British trained certified Pilates teacher with 20 years of experience and a special focus on teaching adults over 45 how to move safely and confidently.
I’ve taught hundreds of beginners, many with no prior movement history, who have gone on to practice Pilates with clarity and strength. My method is calm, clear, and structured so you feel supported, not overwhelmed. We have fun too :)
