OVER 20 YEARS OF PILATES EXPERIENCE ON YOUR TEAM.

I know first hand what it feels like when your body starts sending you signals; the stiffness, the aches, the feeling that you're not bouncing back like you used to.

I’ve lived it.
Years of back pain starting in my teens eventually led to double discectomy surgery in my early 30s. That turning point brought me to Pilates and it changed everything.

Since 2001, regular Pilates has been my secret to staying strong, mobile, and balanced; not just recovering, but thriving. As I've moved through my own seasons of life, I've seen how essential it is to move well, to stay resilient, and to build a body that supports you, not limits you.

Today, I help active men and women 45+ do exactly that: move with confidence, stay strong, and feel at home in their bodies again so they can stay active and strong as we age.

With a background in Biology, Education,  Medical Communications and over 20 years of Pilates experience (teaching since 2015), I bring a deep understanding of the body and a passion for teaching to every class.

Aging is inevitable, but struggling with it is not.
