FOR A BODY THAT HAS LIVED, AND WANTS TO KEEP MOVING WELL LONG TERM

My Approach

I know what it feels like when your body starts sending you signals, the stiffness, the aches, the moments where something does not quite feel right.

I also know what a difference it makes when you understand your body and how to respond.

I still experience the occasional twinge with my prolapsed disc or the odd injury, but instead of it stopping me for weeks, I know how to support my body, recover well, and get back to doing what I enjoy.

Years of back pain from my teens, sometimes needing time off work when my back would go out, eventually led me to Pilates.

After double discectomy surgery in my early 30s, followed by another disc prolapse soon after, I realised Pilates was not a luxury but essential for me to stay active, raise my boys, and continue doing what I love.

Since then, Pilates has been the foundation of how I stay strong, mobile, and balanced, not just recovering, but continuing to feel capable and well in my body.

Now, I help active men and women 45+ do the same, move with confidence, stay strong, and feel at home in their bodies again.

My approach is precise, supportive, and grounded in a deep understanding of how the body works, so you are not just moving, but moving well and with confidence.

With a background in Biology, Education, and Medical Communications, alongside 25+ years of Pilates practice and over a decade of teaching, I bring both experience and clarity to every session.

Ageing is inevitable, but feeling strong, capable, and in control of your body is something you can build.
