Hey, it's Kari...
I’m an American born, British trained certified Pilates teacher and a member of Body Control Pilates London.  With over 20 years of experience (and a prolapsed disc of my own), I understand what it means to move through midlife with strength, ease, and a few aches along the way.  It allows us all to do what we enjoy. Â
I love to hike, travel, hit the gym, swim and anything in the sea! Â What activities excite you?
My mission?  To create a community of people our age that want to feel strong, mobile, and balanced in their bodies now and for decades to come and have some fun doing it! This isn’t just what I teach, it’s how I live... come join me!
