    Classes are held on Tuesdays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 6:30pm (London time), with cameras and mics welcome for feedback, questions, and connection.

Hey, it's Kari...

I’m a fully certified Pilates teacher and proud member of Body Control Pilates London.  With over 20 years of experience (and a prolapsed disc of my own), I understand what it means to move through midlife with strength, ease, and a few aches along the way.

My mission?  To help people around our age feel strong, mobile, and confident in their bodies now and for decades to come. This isn’t just what I teach, it’s how I live.
