Join our intimate Pilates Group Matwork Classes, where the focus is on you. With a maximum of six participants per session, you'll enjoy personalised attention and corrections tailored to your needs. Our relaxed environment and small community will make your Pilates journey an enjoyable part of your week!
Each class blends classical and modern Pilates exercises, along with deep stretches and joint mobilization techniques. Emphasising full body core strength, mobility, and balance, our progressive sessions are designed to challenge you at every level.
Have an injury or medical condition? No problem. With small classes and years of experience, I can provide modified exercises to accommodate various needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all.

Group Classes have been paused as of December 2024. Private lessons and Beginner Courses will carry on in my studio into 2025.
In January 2025 my Core Pilates Foundation Course will be launching bring my 20 years of experience and years of my own CSP Beginner Foundation series online. Enjoy learning Pilates at your own pace, in your own home, with online support from me as well!
In early 2025 The Core Strength Pilates Membership will be launching with a weekly live online class, bank of classes for various levels and moods, for Improvers and Intermediates.
