After years of teaching this course which includes everything from pelvic stability to classical exercises, I’ve seen clients develop an understanding of functional movement, build strength, confidence, and carry these benefits into daily lives.
That’s what Pilates is: a springboard to a healthier body, so you can fully enjoy the things you love.

INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
Want to join in a group class, but can’t find a beginners course? Have an injury or condition and want to learn how accommodations specifically for your body?
Private lessons may just be for you. These are available in my East Horsley, Surrey Studio.

STUDIO GROUP COURSES
Learn strong foundations in a small class of up to six people in a private East Horsley, Surrey Studio.
My 5-week Core Pilates Foundation Course is for up to 6 people only, 5 x 1 hour classes and videos of the class can be provided for missed classes (with 3 hours notice).
£100 for this small group, 5-week course.

ONLINE, SUPPORTED BEGINNER COURSE
I am so excited to launch my online beginner course which you can follow at your own pace, and join me monthly to review key Pilates foundations and ask any questions you may have! Please register for the Core Collective to hear when the first group registration will begin this Spring (2025).
