Who this is for

It’s suitable for all levels, whether you’re returning to movement or already active.
A small Pilates ball (7–9 inch) is helpful for some of the exercises, but you can still begin without one.
Who this is not for
This series is not suitable if you have been diagnosed with:
- osteoporosis or osteopenia
- uncontrolled high blood pressure
- or any medical condition that affects your ability to exercise safely
