FAQs

  • “What if I have multiple injuries?”
    We’ll work gently and only within what feels safe. We’ll adapt everything around your medical history and current pain levels.

  • “What if I’m completely new to exercise?”
    That’s absolutely fine. This session is designed for beginners and for people returning after a long break.

  • “Do I need any equipment?”
    Comfortable clothing and a small clear space are enough. If you have a mat, great, but it’s not essential.
