Why I offer Safe Start
Pilates after 45 should feel safe, structured, and confidence-building, not rushed or confusing.
After 25 years of Pilates experience and over a decade of teaching, I’ve seen that most people don’t need more exercise, they need the right starting point.
Safe Start exists to make sure you begin in a way that supports your body now, and long-term, safely and with confidence.
What happens next
After Safe Start, I may recommend:
– The C.O.R.E. Pilates Foundation Course (most common starting point for 45+)
– The Core Strength Pilates Membership (if you already practise confidently)
– Private sessions, if your needs are more complex
